- Karl Benz and Gottlieb Daimler invented the first car in 1885

- TV (and basicly monitors) mainly was invented by the german scientists Paul Julius Gottlieb Nipkow, Manfred von Ardenne, Ferdinand Braun and Jonathan Zenneck

- The MP3 codec was created by the german Fraunhofer institute

- Between 1910 and 1914 more than 60% of all new pharmaceuticals worldwide were found by german scientists

- "Made in Germany" was first printed by the british as a warning (went wrong pretty much i guess...)

and WWII

- If you say the germans killed the jews, are you a racist? Because not all of them did... (in fact a LOT of germans tried to kill Hitler, it just never worked)

- The Wehrmacht conquered France in 4 weeks - the Allied bombed them back to stone age (i guess that's why there are still differences between America and France...)

- All those rockets bringing americans and russians into space (cruise missiles etc) go back to Wernher von Braun and his crew who invented the V1 and V2 during war in Germany (by the way - no one of them ever was accused for war crimes as far as I know...)

- Same with jet planes - Wilhelm Emil Messerschmitt and his ME262

- Hitler never really wanted war with the british (because they were "equal in race")

- At the end of World War II 55 (fifty- five) Nations were in war against Germany, so please stop this "we kicked your Ass" bullshit - YOU sure the hell didn't...

- Hitler only had round about 7 million regular soldiers during the entire war

- American Military killed twice as much japanese civillians as they killed japanese soldiers during ww2

Don't get me wrong. The point is, that there is never just black and white, but a lot of shades of grey in the world and its history. I just can't stand ignorance...
